Parsonsfield Seminary

Dormitory at Parsem, North Parsonsfield Maine.
Parsonsfield Seminary, in North Parsonsfield Maine. The Friends of Parsem maintain the grounds and buildings. If your looking for a great place to support or donate money too for history, please consider Parsem.
This is where you will see David on the stage at age 9 playing the spoons in a play, designed by Grace Gilpatrick, that was not only the teacher for a number of grades in one class room, but the principal of the school as well. This strong history of the buildings, teachers, and school mates regardless of age is something that still brings many together.
In fact every first Saturday in August you will find many events at Parsem, from the car show, building tours, wonderful pancake breakfast, to the home cooked bean supper. There are yard sales, music, and many other things, all organized and put together by Friends of Parsem.
